Starting April 27, 2021, Welcome Co., Ltd. will release a new L-size "cooler bag" as the second collaboration between BEAMS COUTURE, BEAMS' label based on the concept of upcycling and handmade products, and Ziploc (R), a brand of Asahi Kasei Home Products Corporation.

The collaboration between BEAMS COUTURE and Ziploc (R) is always a huge hit, with every item selling out immediately. Last August, DEAN & DELUCA joined the collaboration, and a special triple-branded cooler bag was planned. Due to popular demand, a second expansion has been decided, with the addition of a new L size. The bags will be available for purchase at the BEAMS and DEAN & DELUCA online stores from April 27, 2021.

The DEAN & DELUCA cooler bag that formed the basis of this project is a shopper-style bag that is easy to carry and can be used in a variety of situations. Available in a variety of sizes to suit different purposes, its durable construction makes it a popular choice for many years to come.
While maintaining the convenience of the cooler bag, this time it will be available in three sizes: S, M, and L. This bag is crafted in a silver color that evokes a transparent look. The front pocket, designed to look like a Ziploc® freezer bag, can hold cutlery and coins. For added convenience, the new design includes a pocket on the back.
Since July of last year, charges for plastic shopping bags have been implemented as an environmental consideration. This year, we've added an L size to the lineup of three sizes, making it perfect for use as a cooler bag for quick local runs, bulk purchases, picnics, and more. While retaining the transparent appeal of Ziploc®, the bag is made of non-phthalate PVC, which is free of phthalates, a commonly considered harmful compound.
Look forward to these special items, which retain the charm of DEAN & DELUCA cooler bags while adding the essence of Ziploc® and the playful spirit of BEAMS COUTURE.
