United Colors of Benetton has released a capsule collection in collaboration with Rome-based designer Stella Jean. Stella Jean is one of the fashion world's most original designers, creating bold and colorful designs by fusing seductive, folk elements with classic yet sophisticated elements. This collection features knitwear incorporating ethno-folk motifs while retaining United Colors of Benetton's signature knitwear and color variations. The motifs use the words "natal" and "native," symbolizing pride in fully expressing one's roots, birthplace, and culture. The collection includes women's wear such as knit coats, knit dresses, sweaters, knit pants, and knit skirts, as well as accessories such as shoes, key chains, and bags.
In addition, some accessories were created in collaboration with artisans in Haiti and Ethiopia, based on the philosophy shared by United Colors of Benetton and Stella Jean of "sociocultural integration and the revival of traditional crafts."
