IKEA Japan, the Japanese subsidiary of IKEA, a Swedish home furnishing company with a vision of "creating a better everyday life for the many people," will begin selling over 500 new products for April that will help people live more comfortably and sustainably in IKEA stores nationwide and on the IKEA online store.
IKEA stocks approximately 9,500 products, of which approximately 2,000 are rotated four times a year.

From the bedroom to the backyard, this new collection is full of summer vibes.
New for April are duvets and pillowcases that bring a summer vibe into your home. PIMPERNÖT features a bold geometric pattern. SPORTSLIG, with its summer sports-inspired design, will keep tired children resting comfortably all night long. These products are made with cotton sourced from more sustainable sources and moisture-wicking viscose rayon, which is not only environmentally friendly but also soft to the touch and keeps you cool on hot nights by wicking moisture away.
We've also focused on designs and materials that are climate-conscious. The VOXLÖV chair features a durable paper rope seat and back, and a frame made of bamboo, a fast-growing, durable, and sustainable material. Not only is it eco-friendly, it's also comfortable. The FJÄLLMOTT picnic blanket and VÄRLDENS gym bag are made from recycled polyester. By turning what would otherwise be waste into a resource, we're one step closer to a sustainable future. We also offer high-quality, handmade products by skilled artisans in India, showcasing traditional techniques and craftsmanship. The TVINGSTRUP flatwoven rug is handwoven by artisans in an Indian weaving center, where working conditions and wages are fair. Its design conveys the message that water should be shared equally by everyone on the planet. In addition, the HERVOR and HALLVI cushion covers are products created in collaboration with Rangsutra. Rangsutra is a company that contributes to creating employment for artisans in rural India who face limited employment opportunities. Rangsutra's work, most of whose artisans are women, supports their long-term livelihoods by producing one-of-a-kind pieces that add color to any room.
