Olympia Le-Tan will open a pop-up shop featuring its 2016 Spring/Summer collection on the third floor of the main building of Isetan Shinjuku from April 13th to 26th. For the 2016 Spring/Summer Paris Collection, the shop is titled "HOTEL OLYMPIA" and draws on elements of Japanese culture, which the designer holds dear, including the Hotel Okura Tokyo, Nobuyoshi Araki's photo book "Sentimental Journey," the films of Yasujiro Ozu, and Sanrio characters, including Hello Kitty, which he has loved since childhood. The pop-up shop will be designed with the collection in mind. The neon entrance signs used at the venue will be installed, and many of the items featured on the runway will be on display. Additionally, the first 50 customers to purchase items during the event will receive a free set of original brand stickers. Those who take photos in the photo space in front of the neon lights and post them on social media will receive a "HOTEL OLYMPIA" logo sticker.
