LACOSTE L!VE will release the second installment of its Fall/Winter original capsule collection in collaboration with Tezuka Productions. Following on from the previous collection, the collection is overseen by Oya Hiroaki, designer of Astroboy by OHYA. This time, the collection features three works: "Jungle Emperor Leo," a long-running manga depicting the relationship between humans and nature through the growth of the white lion Leo; "Crime and Punishment," a manga adaptation of Dostoevsky's masterpiece; and "Phoenix," Tezuka Osamu's lifework. Three polo shirts (¥16,800 each) and T-shirts (¥7,875 each) will be available, featuring motifs such as "Jungle Emperor Leo," the protagonist of "Jungle Emperor Leo," who is carved out of clouds, and "Phoenix" Part 5, which depicts Gao, a bandit-turned-sculptor. The packaging and body of each shirt depict the beginning, development, climax, and conclusion of the story. LACOSTE L!VE and Tezuka Productions also collaborated in May of this year. He released a collection based on three works: "The Monster of the Earth Empire," "Astro Boy," and "Black Jack," which was well received.
