
Chocolate bar restaurant "MAX BRENNER CHOCOLATE BAR" will be offering two limited-time menu items from November 1st to December 31st for the Christmas holiday season.
The "Urban S'mores Fondue" (1,400 yen), available exclusively for dine-in, features a plate of toppings such as chocolate ganache, caramelized banana, peanut butter cream, and raspberry jam. This wild dish, reminiscent of American camping scenes, is served sandwiched between crackers and grilled marshmallows.
Also available is the "American Dream Apple Pie" (650 yen), a hot chocolate perfect for the cold season. It's based on white chocolate and topped with cinnamon, caramelized apples, and whipped cream. The sweet and tart texture of the apples is reminiscent of apple pie, making it a sweet-sweet drink.
Other limited edition products perfect for Christmas gifts will be available from late November: "Happy Holiday Bonbons" (9 pieces starting from 2,200 yen) and "Truffles" (1,500 yen). "Happy Holiday Bonbons" are the brand's most popular single chocolate "Hombons" packaged in special packaging. They come in an assortment of popular flavors, including coconut and caramel pecan. Meanwhile, "Truffles" are made with a brandy-flavored dark chocolate base, resulting in a smooth, melt-in-your-mouth truffle chocolate.
