Coach has launched the Disney Mickey Mouse x Keith Haring collection and unveiled a campaign starring Coach family members Kaia Gerber and Kōki, as well as Coach friends Cole Sprouse, Xiao Wen Ju, and Myles O'Neal.
 
This special collaboration, which spotlights Haring's iconic Mickey Mouse illustrations from the 1980s, brings together three iconic American icons: Coach, Disney, and Haring. This dual-gender collection features bags, coin purses, and tote bags made from glovetanned leather with a Mickey ear motif, as well as shearling jackets and sweatshirts printed with Haring's artwork.
 
Haring's Mickey Mouse illustrations, reinterpreted in the collection, express in their unique style his philosophy as an artist - his belief that "art is for everyone" - and the tension between originality and pop culture that his work often explores.

The "Disney Mickey Mouse x Keith Haring" campaign, created in collaboration with photographer Alessandro Simonetti, features an international cast captured on the vibrant streets of Downtown New York in the 1980s, the city where Haring lived and created his artwork. "Sometimes the best designs come from unexpected combinations, and I can think of no more joyous occasion than the cultural encounter between Mickey Mouse and Keith Haring," said Coach Creative Director Stuart Vevers. "Pioneerish when it was first created, this art feels incredibly relevant today, celebrating and appreciating the diverse work of great creators, regardless of society. As you can see from my collections for Coach over the years, I have a huge love for Disney and a huge love for Keith Haring, so this collaboration for me is the ultimate luxury." Coach has also launched a limited-time virtual pop-up to introduce the collection. Visitors will be greeted by campaign star Kōki, in a special video. Visitors can learn more about Haring, Mickey and the collection, and enjoy a virtual experience that allows them to explore the expansive store, browse digital products and shop items. You can also download a Keith Haring-themed Spotify playlist and two Mickey Mouse AR filters.
