Louis Vuitton has announced its second collaboration with (RED), a non-profit organization founded in 2006 by U2's Bono and Bobby Shriver of the international NGO DATA to combat AIDS. We are proud to support (RED)'s efforts through the sale of the Louis Vuitton I (RED) Trainer.
For each purchase of this item, $200 will be donated to the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria to support (RED)'s efforts.

The "LV Trainer" has been a symbol of Louis Vuitton since its debut at Virgil Abloh's Spring/Summer 2019 show, his first as Louis Vuitton Men's Artistic Director, and remains a symbol of Louis Vuitton to this day. With a silhouette that evokes a sense of nostalgia and accented with lines inspired by basketball shoes, the "Louis Vuitton I (RED) Trainer" features an embossed Monogram motif on white leather, with red piping and details. The sole is decorated with Monogram flowers, adding an accent to the design. The Italian-made Louis Vuitton I (RED) Trainer features Louis Vuitton codes throughout, creating an innovative pair of shoes that embodies the individuality and powerful message of (RED).

The Louis Vuitton I (RED) Trainer sneakers will be available in Europe and the US from December 1st, followed by expansion to Louis Vuitton stores around the world. (Japan release date to be determined)

About (RED)(R)
(RED) is named after the color red, which represents emergencies. (RED) was founded in 2006 to unite businesses and consumers to fight AIDS, one of the greatest health emergencies facing humanity. Now, as the COVID-19 pandemic threatens to slow progress against AIDS, (RED) is fighting two devastating global pandemics by partnering with iconic international brands to raise funds for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria through the development and sale of co-branded (RED) products and services.
To date, (RED) has raised more than $650 million for the Global Fund to support HIV/AIDS efforts, primarily in Eswatini, Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia. 100% of these donations are dedicated to on-the-ground efforts, with no administrative fees deducted.
