The matte silver dial is simple and elegant. A new model from the Swiss watch brand Louis Erard

Nov 12, 2020
Osawa Shokai Co., Ltd. will be releasing new Louis Erard products sequentially from November 20th.

Louis Erard will be releasing three new watches in the brand's signature Excellence series. These watches are named Triptych, which refers to a set of three paintings that were originally created to decorate Christian altars. The watches feature an entirely new case design and details inspired by the Vallée de Joux, where Louis Erard is based, giving them a high-quality feel befitting the brand's upper line.

Starting with this series, the first since the brand relaunch, Louis Erard will continue to respect the traditions of the Vallée de Joux, the birthplace of watchmaking, and create affordable mechanical watches that combine timeless elegance.

[Attention to detail]

The matte silver dial has a simple, elegant '50s feel, while the fir tree-inspired hands and dial decorations are original.

The newly designed case is rounded like an old pocket watch, and the round sapphire crystal creates a modern look.

Like the hands, the crown is designed with a fir tree motif from the Vallée de Joux, where Louis Erard's workshop is located.

The rotor, engraved with the new Louis Erard logo, and the decorated movement can be seen through the glass. The strap is made of soft calf nubuck. You can also change the look by choosing from four separately available color straps.
