Nov 22, 2013

Italian high jeweler BVLGARI is hosting the "Evolving Icon - Innovative Design of BVLGARI" event at The Stage on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku store. The event runs until the 26th. The eye-catching façade, with its playful and bold visuals, expresses the evolving appeal of the brand's iconic jewelry through new releases and rare archive pieces. In-store monitors display the latest footage, including footage of BVLGARI's workshops and celebrities who wear BVLGARI. The venue showcases BVLGARI's traditional techniques and manufacturing methods, as well as a collection that embodies the fusion of past and future. A special exhibit features six rare archive pieces from the 1970s and 1980s, crafted using the "Tubogas" technique, which inspired the spiral motif of the B.zero1, and has been ordered from Rome. This marks the first time these archive pieces have been exhibited in Japan. In addition, the pink gold "B.zero1" (199,500 yen) and the ceramic and diamond ring "BVLGARI BVLGARI" (123,900 yen) are available at Isetan first.
