Timberland launches a new boot that can be carried all in one

Nov 25, 2013

Timberland's popular Earthkeepers series has released a new line of packable men's boots and shoes. Their easy portability makes them ideal for outdoor activities and travel.
Inspired by outdoor sleeping bags, the Radler Trail Insulated Mid Leather boots can be zipped together to form a single boot. When packed, they measure 30cm in length and weigh approximately 540g. The lining is made of Polartec recycled fleece, which is warm, breathable, and soft to the touch. The outsole features Gripstick Rubber for superior grip, even on wet surfaces. Available in two colors, green and wheat (beige), they are priced at ¥10,500.
The Radler Trail Camp lace-up shoes can be folded in half for easy packing by closing the side zippers. The shoes feature a highly water-repellent fabric upper, a removable Ortholite insole, and a durable Green Rubber outsole made from 42% recycled rubber. They come in three colors: Plaid (red check), Denim, and Herring (gray), and are priced at ¥5,250. At the same time, high-performance apparel items are also available. The lineup includes the Leadville Down Jacket (¥29,400), which offers excellent cold protection and is perfect for winter outdoor activities; the Waterproof Wilmington Short Snorkel (¥35,700), which is waterproof with a water column resistance of 5,000mm; and the Ellsworth Thermal Denim (¥14,700), which features a warm flannel lining.
