
Dior has released "Dior, The Art of Color," an art book that chronicles Dior's creations through the lens of color. An event to celebrate the book's release was held in New York on October 25th.
The book captures the passion for color through gorgeous photographs of works by renowned artists and creators inspired by the 12 key shades. Written by Jerry Stafford and art directed by Mark Assokoli, the book features Peter Philips and Serge Lutens, Dior's first artistic image director, discussing their creative process through various colors, unraveling the history of Dior beauty through their work and words.
An event to celebrate the book's release was held in New York on October 25th. More than 300 guests gathered at the venue, including Peter Philips, Dior's makeup creative and image director, Bella Hadid, who has been selected as a new angel for the American fashion brand Victoria's Secret and serves as Dior's makeup ambassador, and photographer Richard Burbridge, to enjoy the colorful world.
