Shirasagi Coffee is located a five-minute walk from Dogo Onsen, boasting a 3,000-year history. A new menu item, featuring Ehime-grown Japanese chestnuts and roasted green tea from Waki Tea, Ehime Prefecture, allows you to experience the autumn of Ehime.

A sweet treat featuring soft, roasted Anno sweet potatoes topped with roasted green tea ice cream and rich milk ice cream.
