Tokyo Midtown (Akasaka, Minato Ward / Representative: Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd.) will be holding "MIDTOWN WINTER MOMENTS," an event to enjoy the winter season, from November 19, 2020 to February 28, 2021.

This year, based on the concept of "ANOTHER WORLD," various content will be introduced that expresses other worlds. In addition to new illuminations such as snow globes and a limited-time Christmas tree, the ice skating rink will open earlier than usual during the Christmas season, allowing you to enjoy the entire day, from day to night. Take a winter stroll in a fantastical world of light. "MIDTOWN WINTER LIGHTS" - A sparkling illumination display with dazzling lights. [Period] Thursday, November 19, 2020 - Sunday, February 28, 2021 This year's "MIDTOWN WINTER LIGHTS" illumination display will create a fantastical, otherworldly world with a variety of lighting effects from the Plaza area to the Garden area. Rather than just enjoying the scenery, new interactive illuminations will be introduced, allowing you to play with the lights. Combined with the limited-time Christmas content, this will create a "space to enjoy a winter stroll." ◇Promenade of Light *A World of Light* Sparkling gold illuminations will decorate the trees of the city. A giant, fantastically glowing snow globe, approximately 3m in height and 4.5m in diameter, will be making its first appearance. Inside the dome, the changing scenery of a winter day is expressed through the use of light, with sparkling snowflakes falling, a shimmering aurora, and ice prisms. The ever-changing performance transports viewers to another world.

A new interactive illumination display shining in vibrant neon colors has been introduced to accentuate your winter strolls. Every step on the disc-shaped light changes the light, allowing you to play freely. Experience a colorful world beneath the shimmering gold illumination.

"MIDTOWN ICE RINK," a winter tradition at Tokyo Midtown, will open this November. This year marks the 12th anniversary of this event, where you can skate on real ice and enjoy one of Tokyo's largest outdoor skating rinks. Every year, many visitors come to the park, from children and beginners to repeat visitors. Enjoy the open feeling of skating in the clear winter air during the day, and night skating in a fantastic space with illuminated ice at night.

◇The Present Tree *A World of Fantasy*
A magical Christmas tree that bears presents will make its first appearance in Midtown Garden. The tree is cared for by Tree Tree Santa, who is shaped like the kanji character for "tree." The 25 presents that grow on the tree will be grown by Tree Tree Santa, and from December one will change color from green to red each day, counting down to Christmas. There will also be a Christmas gift for everyone to choose from, via lottery.
