ZENITH Unveils the Fourth Limited Edition Honoring Daisuke Jigen from Lupin the Third, Faithfully Recreating the A384 in a 200-Piece Run

Nov 17, 2025
ZENITH has unveiled the fourth limited-edition model in its “Daisuke Jigen Edition” series, created in tribute to the watch worn by Daisuke Jigen in the iconic anime Lupin the Third. The new Chronomaster Revival Daisuke Jigen Edition builds on the three previous releases, reinterpreting the spirit of the character through the form of the historic A384 with meticulous contemporary execution.

Since its debut in 1971, Lupin the Third has remained one of Japan’s most influential anime series, with Jigen recognized for his exceptional sharpshooting skills and cool composure. The combination of a black case and beige dial seen on his wrist has long been remembered by fans. ZENITH pays respect to these key visual elements while applying the craftsmanship and aesthetic codes that define its manufacture, bringing a fictional timepiece into the real world with precision and intention.

The latest edition features a 37 mm matte black titanium case finished with micro-blasting, offering both lightness and durability while maintaining a subdued presence. Its beige dial, paired with black chronograph counters and a tachymeter scale, reflects a vintage sensibility enhanced by modern legibility. The hands and applied markers are treated with ruthenium plating and beige Super-LumiNova®, adding a subtle three-dimensional depth under varying light.

Inside, the model houses ZENITH’s in-house El Primero 400, a high-frequency movement beating at 36,000 vph (5 Hz) with a 50-hour power reserve. The sapphire crystal caseback is engraved with Jigen’s silhouette, adding a discreet nod to the collaboration. The ladder bracelet, originally designed by Gay Frères for the A384 in 1969, is revived in full titanium, offering a lightweight and refined wearing experience.

Limited to 200 pieces worldwide, the model is priced at ¥1,430,000. In Japan, it launches on November 19 through the pop-up at Isetan Shinjuku Men’s Building 1F “The Stage” and the ZENITH online boutique, followed by a global release on November 26 across ZENITH boutiques and the official online store.

By grounding the collaboration in its watchmaking heritage rather than relying on character novelty, ZENITH elevates the concept of a character-inspired timepiece. The result is a refined chronograph that merges the atmosphere of Lupin the Third with the precision of a true manufacture. With its balanced design and limited availability, the model offers strong appeal not only to fans of the series but also to collectors seeking a timepiece with both narrative depth and technical integrity.
