Hi TAILOR, a completely online, no-store service, will be holding its first ever pop-up at Ginza Mitsukoshi. At the venue, you will be able to see around 90 different fabric samples for shirts and suits, as well as finished samples. In addition, stylists will be on hand throughout the event to provide styling advice and explain the ordering process, as well as give you the opportunity to try out the automatic measuring service.

What is Hi TAILOR?
Hi TAILOR is a custom ordering service that can be completed online. It was launched in October 2019 with the desire to make it easy for customers to choose business wear, by eliminating the high barrier to entry and the hassle of visiting a store that are associated with ordering services. Size measurements are taken automatically, eliminating manual intervention, so after selecting a design online, customers can complete their order by simply uploading two photos of themselves, entering their height and weight, and selecting the fit.

Approximately 90 different fabrics are selected, including navy blue, gray, and black.
The lineup is designed to look "neat," with a base price of 45,000 yen (excluding tax). Wanting to allow customers to make an easy choice, customizations for buttons, linings, etc. have been deliberately steered away from extreme designs and kept to a limited range.

The products are overseen by Enrico Mezzadori, director of a world-renowned dress clothing brand. For manufacturing, we have enlisted the cooperation of Century Technocore Hirosaki Factory, which has extensive knowledge and know-how in custom orders, and offer a one-stop service from pattern development onwards.

Director of a world-renowned dress clothing brand. In addition, at the factory he owns in Parma, Italy, he makes extensive use of handcrafted processes to produce suits and jackets for some of the world's leading fashion houses. His own brand is also expanding globally.

Our lineup of shirt fabrics and customizable parts are based on the customer service and sales trends we have cultivated over the years, and we have carefully selected around 90 types of classic items that can be used in a wide range of situations. The average price range is 8,900 yen (excluding tax).

The product design was overseen by Fabio Borrelli, director of a shirt brand with fans worldwide. Every detail was meticulously considered, from the collar shape and interlining to the buttons and tailoring.

The sewing was carried out at the Nagano headquarters factory of Flex Japan Co., Ltd., one of Japan's leading, long-established custom-made shirt factories, boasting high technical skills. We strive for a solid look and comfortable fit.

We started introducing denim suits and shirts on Makuake on August 28th. We achieved our goal in about 30 minutes after the project started!! (As of September 18th, we have achieved 800% of our goal.)
