Isetan Men's has launched a promotion offering new styles of suits, titled the "Beach Suit Collection." The store has introduced various suit styles each season under the title "Elegant Suits for Japan," and this spring, they're proposing the "Beach Suit." The styling, paired with mid-length pants, evokes the image of beach parties and resort scenes, and is a new attempt to defy the notion that suits are simply business attire. The deep navy jacket from the "KOLOR PERPETUAL" suit collection, created for the project by Junichi Abe's KOLOR, features charcoal gray accents on the shoulders and lapels, and the organza peeking out from the bottom of the shorts creates a light and airy look. The double-breasted sleeveless jacket from KRIS VAN ASSCHE is a limited edition item for this project. It's paired with wide shorts. The storefront facade is also adorned with interactive decorations reminiscent of waves lapping on the shore, with geometric patterns that change in response to people's movements. In addition, 22 other brands from Japan and abroad are also participating, proposing playful new suit styles. Participating brands include Alexander McQueen, Givenchy, Jil Sander, Dior Homme, Tom Ford, Thom Browne, Dolce & Gabbana, Balmain Homme, Maison Martin Margiela, Lanvin, A.P.C., Atow, Color Perpetual, Kris Van Assche, John Laurence Sullivan, Stephen Schneider, Dis-Aird, Dries Van Noten, Marc Jacobs, Mihara Yasuhiro, Yohji Yamamoto, and Raf Simons.
