In February 2020, Bic Camera Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi opened on the 6th floor of the new wing of Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store as a new style of electronics shop. It has attracted many customers thanks to its carefully selected lineup of products, primarily high-end items, and suggestions that transcend product categories from its "Electronics Concierges," who work in collaboration with Mitsukoshi stylists (sales staff).

With this recent expansion, the sales floor area has been expanded by 1.7 times, and new fitness equipment, toys, and lighting fixtures have been introduced. A new "Renovation Counter" will also be set up to provide consultation on renovations.
