Women's fashion brand petite robe noire will open a pop-up shop called "Circle of pieces - Things Connected to Petite Robe Noire" at West Park/Promotion on the third floor of Isetan Shinjuku Main Building from July 20th to August 1st.
The pop-up shop will offer a variety of items that combine designer Yoshiyo Abe's signature urban taste with craftsmanship inspired by her hometown of Niigata.
The lineup includes a brass accessory tray made by Kazuya Watanabe, a hammered copperware artisan from Tsubame City; drip bags made with Petite Robe Noire's original blend by Cafe Tsubame Coffee in Tsubame City; organic cotton striped knitwear by G.F.G.S., a manufacturer in Kamo City; and the brand's classic KIKI dress, made from speck-dyed fabric, which originated in Niigata. Other special items on offer include a Steiff teddy bear wearing Petit Robe Noir jewelry, a Petit Robe Noir version of a PORTER music case from Yoshida & Co., and a snow globe from the long-established Perzy brand featuring original parts hand-assembled by Abe Yoshiyo. Additionally, items such as T-shirts, tote bags, stationery, and mugs printed with illustrations by five illustrators are also scheduled to be available. An event featuring illustrator Tonda Hayashi Ran will also be held during the event. The pop-up shop will open in various locations, starting with Isetan Shinjuku, and will also be available online from 10:00 AM on July 6th ahead of the event.
