Prada has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2016 women's advertising campaign. The collection is crafted through a bold mix of silhouettes, materials, techniques, and accessories. A wealth of materials—prints, argyle, lamé, quilting, chunky knits, brocade, nylon, illustrations, leather, satin, and velvet—each finds its place. The campaign, presented in a series of roughly collaged images, reflects the deeply human and resolute femininity of Prada's diverse collections. Photographed by Steven Meisel, 27 top models are captured against a variety of man-made landscapes. Randomly selected, disjointed backdrops create abrupt breaks and sharp boundaries. Day and night collide, and desert and oceanscapes occupy the same conceptual space.
