Parfums Givenchy will be releasing a new waterproof mascara, Noir Couture Waterproof (4,620 yen), from its Noir Couture mascara series.
A newly formulated fluid polymer locks in ingredients and pigments with a smooth texture, achieving a waterproof effect. The packaging has been redesigned from the original Noir Couture design, this time in a glossy white with silver lines.
It will be available in two colors: Black Velvet and Purple Velvet. It will be available for pre-sale at Isetan Shinjuku, Hankyu Umeda Main Store, and JR Nagoya Takashimaya from April 17th, and will then be available in the cosmetics sections of department stores nationwide from May 2nd.
