Twenty years after the first collaboration between Louis Vuitton and Takashi Murakami, a pop-up store showcasing the re-edition of the "LOUIS VUITTON x MURAKAMI" collection has opened in Harajuku, Tokyo.

These pop-up stores will be located in seven select cities around the world: Tokyo, New York, London, Milan, Seoul, Shanghai, and Singapore. Inspired by Japanese capsule hotels, the stores are comprised of multiple spaces constructed with minimalist modules, and include all or part of the following: retail space, vending machines, a cinema space, a care station, an archive exhibition space, and a café.

The Tokyo pop-up store, the largest of the three, features a striking, colorful and bold façade. Step inside and you'll find a vibrant interior decorated with numerous characters, including the LV initials, Monogram Flower motifs, and the "Panda Mother and Baby" sculpture that was exhibited at the Louis Vuitton Omotesando store to commemorate the launch of Louis Vuitton's "Multicolor Spring Palette" collection in April 2009.

Two spaces close to the main building will host a cafe, digital installations, and an exhibition displaying archived products. This event will allow you to experience the world of the "LOUIS VUITTON x MURAKAMI" collection from multiple perspectives.
