Stella McCartney introduces the brand's new iconic Stella Rider bag.

With its sculptural silhouette evoking the back of Stella's beloved horse and featuring an engraved padlock, each Stella Rider bag is handcrafted in Italy from cruelty-free materials. The horse-related details of the Stella Rider were inspired by Stella's upbringing as the daughter of animal rights activists and vegetarians, Paul and Linda McCartney. Growing up on the Scottish moors and farms of Sussex, horseback riding in the great outdoors is one of her most treasured memories from her formative years. Horses continue to provide her with emotional support and healing.

Celebrating its 15th anniversary this year, the Stella Rider continues the legacy of the iconic Falabella bag, the first vegan luxury bag ever. Since its debut in 2009, the bag has saved countless lives. In contrast to the soft, relaxed shape of the Falabella, the curved shape of the Stella Ryder reaffirms the limitless possibilities of cruelty-free craftsmanship.

The Stella Ryder bag will be available in Stella McCartney boutiques and on stellamccartney.com from November 7, 2024.
