
Jean-Paul Hevin will be releasing the "Folie Douce Mother's Day Collection" for a limited time, from April 24th to May 10th. The "Gâteau Maman et N" (3,200 yen) is available by advance order. This heart-shaped gateau is made of chocolate mousse noir and biscuits, adorned with rouge-colored pistolés. Meanwhile, the "Coeur d'Entelle et N" (6,997 yen) is a heart-shaped case woven with chocolate. Inside are four bonbons and countless "Perle Craquant Chocolat Melange," biscuits coated in chocolate. Each of these chocolates is adorned with a large red ribbon. Pair it with carnations for a gorgeous Mother's Day gift. "Gâteau Maman et N" will be available for delivery from May 8th to 10th.
An assortment of heart-shaped bonbons will also be available, expressing gratitude to mothers. The "Boîte à Chocolat" (6 pieces for 2,393 yen / 10 pieces for 3,648 yen) features crimson chocolate, while the "Cave à Chocolat" (16 pieces for 5,612 yen including tax) features two types of lipstick-adorned chocolate, each packaged with Evan's classic chocolate.
In addition, the online boutique will sell the frozen gateau "Aquitaine" (5,000 yen) from April 25th to May 5th. This cake is made with a rich Venezuelan cacao dough, sandwiched with French fromage and topped with caramelized almonds for added texture.
