Gunze, a leading manufacturer of comfortable and cool underwear, is releasing a new line of fashion-conscious printed boxer briefs for Fall/Winter 2013 from its original brand, BODYWILD. This Fall/Winter 2013 collection features prints that incorporate street sensibilities, based on the key concept of "Beautiful body Wild heart" (a beautiful body, a strong, natural heart). Four patterns are offered this time: three geometric patterns, as well as a striped, marbled, gradient, and pink floral pattern. The three geometric patterns are priced at ¥1,365, while the four striped and other patterns are priced at ¥1,575. Both patterns are made of 90% polyester and 10% polyurethane, primarily synthetic materials. Since BODYWILD welcomed designer Ryo Tanaka as director last fall, the brand has continued to enhance its comfortable fit, high-quality sewing techniques, and texture, as well as its fashion sense. For Fall/Winter 2013, actor Hiroki Narimiya has been appointed as a model. Narimiya was appointed as Body Wild's annual character in 2008, and this marks his second time in five years. This marks the first time Body Wild has re-appointed a previous character. Creative director Tanaka Ryo personally shot the posters, videos and other visuals, showcasing Narimiya's charm, Body Wild's coolness and high fashion sense.
