Since its founding in 1898, RIMOWA has established itself as a pioneer in travel through its expert craftsmanship and functional design. The brand will host its first-ever pop-up event at The Stage on the first floor of the Isetan Shinjuku Main Building, starting June 12, 2024.

This pop-up event will feature RIMOWA's signature "ORIGINAL" collection, showcasing the entire lineup. Crafted from RIMOWA's iconic aluminum material, the "ORIGINAL" collection is a signature collection that fully embodies RIMOWA's durability, superior design, and meticulous German craftsmanship. At this event, in addition to the standard colors of Silver, Black, and Titanium from the "ORIGINAL Collection," the latest seasonal color, "Emerald," will be available for the first time in the world.

Inspired by the beauty of natural gemstones, this captivating new color will be available on three sizes of suitcases (Cabin, Check-In L, Trunk Plus) and the Personal Aluminum Crossbody Bag. Customers attending the pop-up event will have the opportunity to see the latest colors before anyone else in the world and place a pre-order before the rest of the world. (Worldwide simultaneous release on June 27th)

The event will also see the launch of a limited-edition capsule collection in collaboration with Finnish author and artist Tove Jansson's book series, "Moomin." The limited-edition collection includes four items: two RIMOWA & MOOMIN Luggage Tags featuring iconic characters Snorkmaiden and Moomintroll; a RIMOWA & MOOMIN Giant Sticker Set containing 30 stickers in a limited-edition box; and a RIMOWA & MOOMIN Sticker Set housed in a specially designed sleeve. There's also a limited-edition shopping bag inspired by the illustrations in the 1977 Moomin picture book, "A Wonderful Journey to Moominvalley."
