This fall and winter, the all-girl rock band Negoto will be collaborating with To B by Agnes B., the sister line of Agnes B., to hold a collaborative event.
Negoto will be visiting the To B by Agnes B. limited-time shop at the Agnes B. Aoyama store from 8:00 PM on the 7th of next month. The band will then serve as one-day managers of the brand's limited-time shop on the 3rd floor of Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on the 21st. They will also be holding a collaborative live concert at Harajuku Astro Hall on September 26th. Applications for concert participants are being accepted on the brand's website until the 19th of next month.
Negoto is an alternative all-girl rock band consisting of Sachiko Aoyama (vocals & keyboards), Mizuki Sada (guitar), Yu Fujisaki (bass), and Sayoko Sawamura (drums). Formed in the summer of 2006 when the members were in their first year of high school, the band won the judges' special award at Senko Riot, a rock festival for teenagers held in 2008. All members went on to university in 2009, and began full-scale activities in September. Their first single, "Charon," released in March 2011, attracted attention when it was used as the commercial song for au's "LISMO!" service, and they released their second full-length album, "5," in February of this year. Since then, they have embarked on their first nationwide long tour of 26 dates, and have announced appearances at numerous summer festivals.
