JULIEN DAVID and QUICKSILIVER, a leading surfboard sports company, have teamed up for the first time. A JULIEN DAVID QUIKSILVER pop-up shop is open at DOVER STREET MARKET GINZA in Tokyo's Ginza district until June 18th. The shop features an installation showcasing the collaborative brand's SS15 capsule collection. Items on sale include board shorts (priced at ¥26,000) made with cutting-edge technologies like recycled fabrics, as well as rash guards and T-shirts. For QUIKSILVER, board shorts are an iconic item, combining high functionality with innovative artwork. Designer Julien David focused on board shorts to reflect QUIKSILVER's 40-year history of surfing, accumulating ideas, know-how, and philosophy. "Growing up with Quiksilver clothing and fascinated by the California lifestyle, I am incredibly honored to be collaborating with such a well-known surfwear brand around the world," said Julian David.
