HUGE Co., Ltd. will open its third "Modern Asian" restaurant, "BETELNUT THAI VIETNAMESE DIMSUM," on the 9th floor of NEWoMan Yokohama on June 24, 2020.
Innovative DIMSUM and a Wide Variety of ASIAN TAPAS
BETELNUT adds DIMSUM to its menu, which skillfully uses herbs and spices, cultivated through HUGE's Modern Asian cuisine. We offer dim sum filled with the charm of Asia, including steamed dumplings, shumai, wontons, and fried spring rolls. In addition to dim sum, we offer a wide variety of small dishes, including som tam and fresh spring rolls, all priced at 500 yen. Enjoy pairings with carefully selected wines from around the world.
A "noodle bar" featuring additive-free soups and noodles from around Asia
The "noodle bar" located at the entrance offers noodle dishes representative of various countries, such as Myanmar's mohinga and Singapore's laksa. The menu is different from the one inside the restaurant, and these exclusive Asian noodles make a perfect final drink.

The interior is themed around classic Siam, reminiscent of a Thai resort hotel. The restaurant's sophisticated resort atmosphere is enhanced by materials that capture the unique Asian feel, such as distinctive Asian colors, bamboo crafts, and tables with a combination of wood grain. The restaurant, overlooking the Yokohama sea, consists of a main dining room with an impressive large table, comfortable sofa seats, and a living space that can be used as a private room. The bar area also includes a noodle bar where you can enjoy noodles from various Asian countries. There are various ways to enjoy the restaurant depending on the occasion.
