Techniques for smartly reducing travel budgets and lost time [JetAsia Airways Recommendations Vol. 1]

Jun 27, 2015

When planning a trip, the first thing to consider is budget. We all want to spend where it counts and cut back where possible to maximize our local experiences. That's why we'd like to introduce JetAsia Airways (JAA), an airline offering affordable flight tickets.

JAA began operating from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport in 2010 and became available in Japan in October 2014. With the launch of scheduled flights between Narita and Bangkok, travel to Bangkok has become even more convenient.

Flights operate four times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Flights from Narita to Bangkok arrive in the evening (departing at 1:25 PM, arriving at 7 PM), while flights from Bangkok to Narita arrive in the morning (departing at 1:25 AM, arriving at 9:30 AM). This eliminates the need to get up early to head to the airport on the day of departure, and allows you to enjoy plenty of time to explore the city until late into the night on the day of return. On the return flight, the lights are dimmed immediately after takeoff, so you can tuck into the provided blanket, drift off to a comfortable sleep, and arrive in Japan in no time. If you fly on a quiet day, you might even have the seat next to you all to yourself, so it might be a good idea to plan your trip during the off-season. While the current aircraft are a little older, newer aircraft are planned for introduction. Once the new aircraft arrives, your value will be even better. The number of flights is also expected to increase in 2015. Currently, JAA operates flights between Narita and Bangkok, Jakarta and Bangkok, and Jeddah and Bangkok. This year, flights from Chitose, Seoul, Shenyang, and Tianjin to Bangkok are scheduled to begin. Hokkaido residents and those combining sightseeing with Korea and China should definitely consider this option. With JAA's time- and money-saving features, your travel experience is sure to be multiplied. Of course, there are plenty of free services, including in-flight meals, so you can relax to your heart's content while on board. If you can relax during your travel time, the transition from the everyday to the extraordinary and vice versa will be smoother. You'll feel like you're experiencing something special, so you'll definitely want to travel again soon after returning home!
