COACH presented its Spring/Summer 2016 collection at London Men's Fashion Week. Since 2013, the brand has welcomed Stuart Vevers as Executive Creative Director, and launched a full men's collection with the Fall/Winter 2015-16 collection. This season, the brand reinterprets and remixes fashion icons from a subcultural perspective, expressing the American Dream and the individuality of New York. The psychedelic color palette, including purple, neon yellow, and vibrant pink, is inspired by the West Coast psychedelic movement that emerged in San Francisco in the 1960s. Items range from refreshing surf pants reminiscent of The Beach Boys, a quintessential American rock band, to leather jackets and sporty parkas reminiscent of 1990s New York hip-hop culture, to shirts and coats featuring bold animal prints. The combination of iconic American masculinity and counterculture has led to a modern style that is both practical and authentic.
