Adidas will host the "ADIDAS TRAINING ZONE" event at Tokyo Tower on February 11th and 12th, featuring six cutting-edge training programs designed to transform your training mindset from "I have to do it" to "I want to do it." Starting with the 17SS season, adidas Training will promote a new approach, transforming training from a "I have to do it" to a "I want to do it" mindset, under the motto "NEVER DONE - Nothing beats passion." As part of this initiative, the event will feature six cutting-edge programs taught by specialized trainers. "FEELCYCLE" is a dark indoor bike exercise program conducted in a club-like setting with a loud, deep bass sound system. It combines aerobic and strength training elements, providing excellent results for toning legs, waists, hips, and upper arms. "FUNCTIONAL TRAINING" is designed to improve motor function, allowing participants to move their bodies while having fun surrounded by a loud sound system and light effects. The concept of "GYM & RUN" is "to build legs that can run without actually running." It allows for more effective running indoors without actually running. "KICK BOXING" is a popular program for people of all ages and genders, hosted by Bangaling Bay, a kickboxing gym frequented by many celebrities. The program offers a comprehensive program covering everything from basic kickboxing moves to pad-hitting, with a light show synchronized to the BPM. "SHINDO" incorporates kendo-inspired movements, featuring barefoot exercises with a wooden sword and rhythmic movements to Japanese-inspired house music. "YOGA" is a program that incorporates the most primitive elements common to all human beings, allowing anyone to experience authentic yoga. A special class on the day will be held, offering a story-driven yoga experience themed around "BEBIRTH." Participants can choose from six programs to participate in the event. You can also rent the latest Adidas training wear during the program. In addition, participants can consult with trainers qualified by the Adidas Training Academy about any concerns they may have about their body or training. Applications are open from January 7th to 27th.
