A new lineup of smooth, milky shaved ice that melts in your mouth will be available this summer. We have six varieties of blissful shaved ice available, including the rich "Melon Dot Melon" made with a whole muskmelon, the new "Chocolate & Orange" that brings about a sophisticated harmony of chocolate shaved ice and orange, and the most popular every year, "Peach Heaven," which is only available in August.

"Melon Dot Melon" 5,500 yen
A luxurious shaved ice made with a whole muskmelon, the king of fruits.
Served in a melon-shaped container, it is topped with fluffy milk syrup ice, melon juice espuma and a round piece of melon pulp.
Chocolate & Orange 2,200 yen
A new product from our pastry chef. A sophisticated flavour that harmonizes rich chocolate ice made with 70% cocoa chocolate from Valrhona, France, with orange espuma and orange sauce. Caramelised hazelnuts, roasted almonds and vanilla ice cream add additional accents.
Blooming Strawberry 2,000 yen
Strawberry shaved ice that is so adorable it looks like an ice flower has bloomed.
The combination of vanilla ice cream, milk syrup ice topped with gently tart strawberry espuma, fresh strawberries, and strawberry sauce is sure to bring you happiness.
Kakigori Japon 1,700 yen
A Japanese-style shaved ice made with vanilla ice cream and milk syrup, topped with a double layer of bittersweet matcha espuma and fragrant roasted green tea espuma, and topped with dainagon azuki beans, matcha warabi mochi, and brown sugar warabi mochi.
Apple Mango Fountain 1,700 yen *Only available in June and July
A tropical dish made with vanilla ice cream and milk syrup, topped with mango espuma, apple mango pulp, and mango hoppers, which have a fun, crunchy texture.
Peach Heaven 2,000 yen *August only
Peach, the most popular flavor every year, is only available for the month of August. This shaved ice is made with vanilla ice cream and milk syrup, and is lavishly topped with peach espuma and jelly, and compote made from a whole peach.
All shaved ice flavors are served with condensed milk, so you can enjoy different flavors to your liking.
