This rice and sake were created when Ariga Yujiro, the master brewer at Ariga Sake Brewery, teamed up with Moritou Farm to produce the "rice" that makes the "best sake" and the "sake lees" that are used in the soil that produces the "best rice."
Ultra Rice
Rice grown using sake lees as fertilizer is characterized by a transparent, pearly luster and a sweet taste in the mouth, without any subtle roughness.
