Hermès' Gion store, which opened for a limited nine-month period last November, will be transformed into a space reminiscent of Kyoto's historic streets from January 20th to March 1st.
Set in the town of Gion, the Hermès Gion store offers a wide variety of seasonal and time-changing proposals. This time, fashion accessories such as colorful pendants, earrings, and bracelets will be playfully displayed in a space reminiscent of Kyoto's historic streets. On the second floor, there will also be a corner where you can have fun with fashion accessories.
In addition, from January 20th, the Hermès Gion store and the Hermès online shop will be pre-selling the Japan-exclusive "Homme" pendant (GM size: 41,000 yen, PM size: 37,000 yen), which was created in homage to Japanese culture and was inspired by the Gion store. The buffalo horn, which is characterized by its marbled pattern, has been hand-painted with multiple layers of lacquer by artisans, resulting in unique pendants, each with a different design.
