MSGM's Fall/Winter 2017-18 men's collection was unveiled in Milan on January 16th. This season's vibe was "Sloane Ranger." British motifs and tastes were introduced one after another with designer Massimo Giorgetti's signature twist and pop style.

The first look featured a down vest paired with washed denim with faded creases. He wore white socks and black tassel slip-ons. The scarf covering his head was polo-patterned, and the back of the down vest featured a large, two-tone checkered pattern. A model wearing a British green tracksuit and navy Chester coat also wore a scarf over a knit cap. Each piece evoked the image of a young man at a British football stadium, combining street staples with MSGM's mischievous spirit.

Fur coats and duffle coats were paired with tracksuits, while B3s paired white socks with black tassel slip-ons, and glen plaid shorts and jackets with bright red hoodies - these "unusual" styles were firmly established.

A variety of British motifs, such as rugby shirts, hunting jackets, jockey quilting, golf slacks, argyle knitwear, and Fair Isle patterns, were featured in the lineup of cute, fun casual items for adults, in pop colors that harken back to the Milanese design collective Memphis of the 1970s and 1980s.

Simple camel and brown one-tone coordinations, and simple styles of camel, gray, and white were balanced out, while black and white two-tones added spice as this season's iconic pattern.
