Puglia, located in southern Italy, is a region known for its diverse architecture and rich culinary culture. The designers chose the beautiful village of Alberobello to unveil their Alta Moda collection, a city steeped in trulli (stone-built houses with conical roofs), masseria (manor houses), olive trees, history, ethnic groups, Greeks, Normans, and craftsmanship. Designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana are proud to convey this strong tradition through their collection.

The infinite transparency of tulle, chiffon, organza and lace contrasts with the overwhelming black. The designers first turned to weaving techniques, presenting dreamy hats, capes and conical dresses reminiscent of trulli.
