It is the power of creation that brings joy and hope to our daily lives as we encounter the unknown. FASHION HEADLINE's creator series, "Our Story," features new stories, captured by photographer Hidenobu Kasahara, that capture the worldviews of makeup artists. This three-color lip collection is inspired by the "sheer look" that Yves Saint Laurent introduced in 1968 and shocked the fashion world. When I saw this lip collection, I imagined a powerful woman. A powerful, independent woman. A woman with a strong core. That's what women in the '90s were like during my youth. The '90s were a time when eyes and lips were the focus. Skinny brows were also popular worldwide.

I created three makeup looks that bring that mood into the 2020s.
