Thirty years after its founding, Swiss luxury mechanical watch brand Franck Muller has completely redesigned the case shape of its "Tonneau Curvex," a symbol of its brand identity.

The new "Tonneau Curvex," "GRAND CINTREE CURVEX," is designed to maximize the appeal of the unique "three-dimensional curved" form created by Franck Muller. Adding a more modern twist, the case is dramatically curved, as if cut from a sphere, and is covered with sapphire crystal all the way to the base of the strap, ensuring excellent visibility of the fine details of the similarly curved dial. Despite its extremely complex internal structure, it has a simple and refined appearance.

【INNER CURVEX】
The Grand Curvex has undergone a major redesign of the case, starting with its internal structure. The sapphire crystal has been extended almost to the edge of the strap, significantly improving dial visibility. The bezel is separate from the case and is enclosed within the glass and case. This "INNER CURVEX" inner case is made of a different material, creating a beautiful two-tone casing.

【Clou de Paris Spiral】
The guilloching on the Grand Curvex dial was newly developed for this model. This watch features an adapted version of the traditional guilloche pattern known as "Clou de Paris," radiating out from the center and twisting to create a sense of dynamic energy, as if constantly rotating.

【INDEX】 (Applied Indices)
The omnidirectionally curved guilloche dial is accented with applied indices featuring three-dimensional Byzantine numerals. Each indices is individually bent and hand-set to match the different angles of the dial's curvature.
The strap attached to the case is securely fastened with screws and is perfectly integrated with the Curvex silhouette, making it not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable to wear. With its unique, perfectly curved lines that dominate the entire watch, and a delicate yet dynamic dial, the Grand Curvex collection is an outstanding collection that combines the diverse elements of "simple," "elegant," and "casual."
