To commemorate the publication of the first essay collection by Iio Kazuki of the comedy duo Zun, the "Zun Iio Nomichi Pekkori Exhibition" will be held at GALLERY X on the first basement floor of Shibuya PARCO from December 20th to January 6th, 2020.


Iio Kazuki of the comedy duo Zun, who continues to deliver gags with his unique worldview, such as "Pekkori 45 Degrees," "Pakkuri Pistachio," and "Yumi Kaoru While Staggering," will release his first essay collection, "Dormichi Pekkori" (1,400 yen, PARCO Publishing), on December 23rd. As he turns 50, he looks back on his life from childhood to the present, sharing memorable stories about his family, friends, lovers, and fellow comedians, as well as his unique way of thinking, making this a relaxing read packed with "Iio-esque" merchandise.

To commemorate the publication of this essay collection, this exhibition will offer advance sales of the book and original exhibition merchandise. In addition, a special live talk featuring Iio's partner Yasu will be held at the venue starting at 1:00 PM on December 22nd, Iio's birthday. A photo session with Iio will also be held. Only those who purchase the essay collection "Doumichi Pekkori" at the venue between the first day of the exhibition and noon on December 22nd can purchase an "Event Participation Ticket" (¥1,000). Tickets are limited to the first 50 people, and sales will end once capacity is reached.
