3.1 Phillip Lim has released a film featuring its Resort 2015 and Pre-Spring footwear collections. This film is the first part of the brand's 10th anniversary project and was produced by the Dutch video artist duo Lernert & Sander. Based on the concept of a "peep show," the film evokes the desire to peek into an unknown world. Four foot models share their real-life experiences alongside close-up footage of feet. The playful, documentary-style footage, combined with the artist duo's signature simple visuals, vividly expresses the brand's unique worldview. The film will be shown exclusively in stores as an installation. In Japan, it will be exhibited at the brand's flagship store in Aoyama and in the shoe department at Isetan Main Building from March 4th.
