Harukiru, an empty candy box craftsman who creates artworks from empty candy boxes, will be holding an exhibition titled "A Dream World Made with Candy Boxes" from October 26th to November 11th at the Parco Museum on the 7th floor of the Ikebukuro Parco Main Building.


Harukiru, an empty candy box craftsman who creates artworks from the familiar empty candy boxes. He has over 300,000 followers on Twitter, and his works have become a hot topic, especially on social media. His works, which seem to take you straight into a fairy tale world, have captivated many people, and he has received requests from various candy manufacturers to create his works, making them recognized as works of art in their own right. This exhibition will feature over 30 carefully selected pieces from Harukiru's collection, including some that will be on display for the first time. Visitors can examine each piece closely, appreciating their intricate craftsmanship and the artist's commitment to using the original packaging whenever possible. The venue will also sell original goods such as a tote bag (1,851 yen), a clear file set (1,111 yen), and a postcard set (5 pieces) (925 yen), as well as confections used in the works and her book, "Make Empty Box Crafts Using Only Candy Boxes" (1,200 yen). Additionally, Harukiru herself will be in attendance to hold a signing session from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM on October 26th and 27th, November 1st-4th, and November 9th-11th. Purchase a book or merchandise worth ¥2,000 or more (tax included) at the venue to receive an autograph.
