The Cassandra logo was created in 1961 when Monsieur Yves Saint Laurent commissioned the design from Adolphe Mouron-Cassandre, a master of graphic design whom he admired. The slightly vertically elongated font is elegant, with straight lines and curves combined to support each other. It features a linear, minimalist design influenced by Cubism.
