CELINE will release its new line, "TRIOMPHE CANVAS," announced in its Winter 2019 collection, for both men and women on September 6th.
"Small Folco" (155,000 yen)
This collection is based on the concept of timelessness. The all-over Triomphe motif is inspired by the chain of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, and artistic and creative image director Hedi Slimane has reinterpreted the Monogram canvas material from the 1972 archives.
"Large Voyage" (250,000 yen)
The coated canvas material, which was originally used for travel bags, is not only durable, but also lightweight and flexible. The Triomphe motif, deliberately printed to create shadows, creates a vintage feel.
It will be available in a variety of shapes for both men and women, and will also be available in small leather goods such as wallets and key rings.
