Louis Vuitton's watchmaking journey began with the launch of the Tambour in 2002. This 20-year journey into the heart of time has allowed us to explore every avenue of creativity through this now-iconic model. Now in 2021, the Tambour returns to territory already explored in Louis Vuitton's collections with the Tambour Street Diver, a casual yet elegant diver's watch. Embracing the Maison's bold spirit, this timepiece won the Divers Watch Award at the Grand Prix de Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG).

The Tambour Street Diver design is harmoniously equipped with a chronograph function.
The Tambour Street Diver collection, featuring 100m water resistance and the Louis Vuitton signature, is now enhanced with the addition of a new chronograph movement. The chronograph not only allows for short-term timing during competitions and leisure activities, but also combines the visually striking design for which the model has been renowned since its inception. The Tambour Street Diver Chronograph powerfully combines the sculptural shape of the case, bold colors, and top-level sports watch performance.

By adding a chronograph mechanism to the automatic movement, Louis Vuitton has retained the refined design and perfect legibility of the original while adopting a new architecture. The two chronograph push-pieces are located above and below the crown on the right side of the case, while the crown of the unidirectional rotating internal bezel that displays the dive time is located on the left, between 10 and 11 o'clock.
A strong color ensures legibility and sets this watch apart from all other diver's watches. With its 46mm case diameter, the Tambour Street Diver Chronograph makes a strong presence on the wrist, while the typical Tambour shape, with the case base wider than the dial window, highlights the watch's perfect proportions. The case is crafted from shot-blasted steel with a blue or black PVD treatment and is fitted with a polished steel or matching black bezel bearing the iconic 12 letters "LOUIS VUITTON." With a sporty soul, this watch is instantly recognizable as a Tambour.

The dynamic feel of this watch is enhanced by the colours of the dial and rubber strap. In keeping with the collection's tradition, the rubber strap is interchangeable, allowing you to personalise your Tambour Street Diver Chronograph. Following the aesthetic design codes that won the award at the 2021 GPHG, the tonal two-tone blue "Skyline Blue" version evokes the underwater world, while the yellow "Neon Black" version has a more urban feel.
