[LOOK] Dolce & Gabbana unveils its Fall/Winter 2023-24 women's collection

This season's theme is sensuality. Sensuality is an important aspect of femininity, and is different from sexiness; it is spontaneous and more natural. While the latter term is sometimes misused, it should not be confused with a woman's true sensuality. To be sensual, charisma is essential, not just beauty.

Lace, tulle and chiffon dresses follow the lines of the body, sculpting their form. Their intangible transparency unleashes inner sensuality. The bra, a key element of the collection, replaces jewellery to enhance the various dresses.

On the other hand, the tailored jackets and coats, their sensuality preserved by their impeccable cut and double wool, range from masculine, straight silhouettes to feminine coats with slim shoulders and classic 50s-inspired pieces, most of which are offered in longer lengths.

Some pieces are adorned with black crystals, while others are coats made of bright red feathers. Black is the central color of the season. Gold and silver make the wearer more sensual, while white adds brightness to the outfit. A true expression of sensuality, red represents instinctive passion and deep, unconditional love.
