The Nike Air Max 270 React combines Nike's first lifestyle shoe, the Air Unit 270, with Nike React, Nike's softest and most resilient cushioning ever.
Nike React reduces the difference in thickness between the heel and toe, and the new silhouette is created through an innovative manufacturing process that layers materials without creating seams on the upper.
Another feature is the colorway, inspired by the history and fundamentals of art and design. The first edition commemorates the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus's founding and pays homage to the school's research into asymmetrical balance. Other items in the lineup include unique color-blocking designs inspired by San Francisco psychedelic art and the mid-century.
