With skateboarding gaining momentum after being officially adopted as an international sport for the first time at an international competition held in Japan in 2020, Nike's skateboarding line, Nike SB, is opening its first skate park in Japan, Nike SB Dojo, on April 6th at Tennozu Isle in Tokyo.



Nike SB (Nike Skateboarding) is one of Nike's lines that offers apparel, footwear, and accessories.

The newly opened Nike SB Dojo is an indoor skate park fully equipped with a skate section, including ramps, stairs, and rails. Nike members who register for the free membership service, Nike Sports Finder, can use the facility for free. In addition to the skate section, the facility will also feature a lounge space where skateboarders can interact with each other. In the future, the facility plans to hold events that go beyond skateboarding, including music, art, and other diverse cultural experiences.
