M and sculptor TAKAGI KAORU hold a collaborative event! There will also be a reservation-only interactive exhibition.

As the 11th installment of the annual special exhibition "Things I Want to Pass On," curated by designer Michiko Nakayama of M, the company behind MUVEIL, sculptor TAKAGI KAORU will be holding a collaborative event with tableware brand Wo shi Ribenren from March 2nd to coincide with the launch of M's 2019 Spring/Summer collection.




The special exhibition will feature the display and sale of works, as well as a participatory exhibition that requires reservations.
Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience a moment woven by M and TAKAGI.
 







"Drinking Wishes"
Everyone passes through the torii gate of Kanda Myojin Shrine, heads into the shrine grounds, puts in an offering, rings the bell, clasps their hands, and makes a wish or prayer.
As he turns around and walks toward the real world,
I see him not clinging to the amount of money he put in and the time he clasped his hands, but rather as someone who is constantly thinking about how to swallow the feelings he has now expressed as he clasps his hands,
and take another step tomorrow.

A live performance where the artist and participants experience the "Wishing Bowl."
