Each bookstore will act as a concierge, recommending "the book you should read now" to FASHION HEADLINE readers. Every Saturday, we will introduce books selected by Shelf (3-7-4 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo), a Harajuku bookshop that specializes in foreign books.



■ "Colour Sparks" by Amandine Guruceaga

This video features a work by French artist Amandine Guruceaga, who was selected for the second LVMH Métiers d'Art Residence (Résidence LVMH Métiers d'Art), an art project that fosters new developments and creativity, created in collaboration with artisans at a Spanish tannery, using approximately 20 pieces of leather as the base.

The video also offers a glimpse into the creative process, including a six-hour painting performance that took place at the tannery and scenes from the display in the exhibition space.
